CSV download options

When a list is completed, you have the option to download the list in a few different ways.

Download options:

  1. All emails - This will download the full CSV with all emails in it, with 2 new columns for the result codes. There is a more generalized result code (email_state), and a more detailed result code (email_sub_state).
  2. Safest bet - Download only the email addresses that are safe to send to. This will only include emails that have a result code of ok.
  3. Highest reach - Download emails that are safe to send to, as well as emails that have a sub-result code of ok, disposable or role. These emails are generally safe to send to, but may have a higher bounce rate than other emails.
  4. Only invalid - Download only the emails that are invalid. These emails are not safe to send to.

A note on accept-all emails

Accept-all emails have a domain that will accept any email address sent to it. These emails are generally not safe to send to, as they will always return a valid response. Even though they say a particular email address exists, These emails can bounce once the message body is sent to the email server.

Truelist will mark these emails as accept-all, as they are generally not safe to send to. These emails are also not part of the highest reach or safest bet CSV downloads. If you have a high number of accept-all emails, you may want to consider removing them from your list before sending. Accept-all emails are generally used to catch spam, and sending to them can hurt your sender reputation.
