Truelist Outbound

Cold outbound that actually lands.

Sending infrastructure for teams that send hundreds of emails, not hundreds of thousands. Managed domains, warmed mailboxes, and the industry’s most paranoid reputation monitoring — from the team that validates emails for a living.

The problem

Cold email infrastructure is a race to the bottom.

Unlimited mailboxes. Rotating IP pools. “Start blasting.” The tools sound powerful — right up until everything you send lands in spam and your domain reputation goes down with it.

When every provider optimizes for volume, deliverability is the first thing to go. Shared pools inherit strangers’ sins. One bad actor gets an IP range listed, and every customer on it goes dark at once.

There’s a better way: smaller, cleaner, monitored.

How it works

You write the emails. We handle everything underneath.

dns
Step 1

We provision everything

Sending domains registered in your name, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configured automatically, mailboxes created, and warmed IP space that volume senders never touch.

Step 2

You validate and connect

Validate your list (included — it’s what we do), then connect Instantly, Smartlead, lemlist, or anything that speaks SMTP and IMAP. Your tools, our infrastructure.

Step 3

We watch reputation 24/7

Blocklist monitoring across 14+ vendors, around the clock. When something goes wrong, we fix it before you notice — usually before your next send.

Integrations

Bring your own sequencer.

We’re the infrastructure layer, not another sending tool. Keep the sequencer you already know — every mailbox we provision speaks standard SMTP and IMAP.

Instantly

Instantly

Plug our mailboxes straight into your Instantly campaigns.

Smartlead

Smartlead

Rotate Smartlead sends across our warmed mailboxes.

lemlist

lemlist

Run lemlist multichannel sequences on our infrastructure.

terminal

Plain SMTP/IMAP

No lock-in — anything that speaks SMTP and IMAP works.

Reputation monitoring

A status page, not a support ticket.

Other providers find out about blocklistings when you complain. We monitor 14+ blocklist vendors around the clock — the same detection stack we run in production every day for our validation business — and remediation starts the moment something changes.

When something does go wrong

How a listing gets handled, start to finish:

  1. 14:02 Listing detected on monitored blocklist
  2. 14:03 Affected IP pulled from rotation automatically
  3. 14:05 Warmed spare IP rotated in — sending continues
  4. 14:11 Delisting request filed on your behalf

Nine minutes, zero support tickets, zero lost sending days.

Sending discipline

Limits are the feature.

Every provider says unlimited. Unlimited is how you end up on a blocklist. We cap you at what actually inboxes.

Every new mailbox ramps automatically. No shortcuts, no exceptions.

speed

Per-mailbox daily caps

Every mailbox is capped at 30–50 sends per day — enforced, not suggested. That’s the volume that actually reaches inboxes.

trending_up

Automatic ramp-up schedules

New domains and mailboxes warm on a gradual schedule before full volume. No shortcuts, because there aren’t any.

av_timer

Per-domain speed throttling

Sends to the same receiving domain are spaced out automatically, the same discipline ESPs apply to marketing mail.

verified

Mandatory list validation

Every list is validated before it sends. Bounces are the fastest way to torch a sender reputation, so we make them impossible to skip.

Fair warning: if you want to send 80,000 emails a month, our competitors would love to meet you. We built this for teams sending 50–300 carefully targeted emails a day — and we enforce it.

Pricing

Everything included. Nothing metered.

Domains, mailboxes, warmup, monitoring, and validation — included. No per-mailbox nickel-and-diming, no surprise line items.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can't find the answer you're looking for? Reach out to our customer support team.

Do I own my sending domains?
Yes. Every domain is registered in your name and fully transferable. If you ever leave, your domains and their reputation go with you — no hostage situations.
What happens when an IP gets blocklisted?
Our monitoring detects listings across 14+ blocklist vendors, usually within minutes. The affected IP is pulled from rotation automatically, a warmed spare is rotated in so your sending never stops, and we file the delisting request for you. You see it on a status page, not in a support ticket.
Do I really need warmup?
Yes. Mailbox providers score new domains and mailboxes with deep suspicion — sending at full volume from day one is the fastest route to the spam folder. Our ramp schedules build reputation gradually over the first few weeks, automatically. It’s also why switching providers later is painful: warmed infrastructure is an asset you build.
Can I use my existing sequencer?
Yes. We provide the sending infrastructure — domains, mailboxes, IPs, and monitoring. You connect Instantly, Smartlead, lemlist, or any tool that speaks SMTP and IMAP.
Why is list validation mandatory?
Because hard bounces are the single fastest way to destroy a sender reputation, and we’re accountable for yours. Validation is our core business — every plan includes credits, and every list gets validated before it sends. It’s not a rule we apologize for.
Why do you cap my sending volume?
Every provider says “unlimited.” Unlimited is how you end up on a blocklist. Mailbox providers reward low, steady, human-scale volume from warmed mailboxes — so that’s what we enforce. If the caps feel restrictive, we’re probably not the right fit.
I send tens of thousands of cold emails a month. Is this for me?
No — and we mean that kindly. If you want to send 80,000 emails a month, our competitors would love to meet you. We built this for teams sending 50–300 carefully targeted emails a day who care that every one of them lands.
