- Should I buy credits or go Unlimited?
- Credits are pay-as-you-go — best for one-off cleans or occasional validation. Unlimited is a flat monthly rate with no per-email charges — best once you validate regularly or in high volume. You can always start with credits and switch to Unlimited later.
- Do credits expire?
- Credits never expire. 1 credit validates 1 email with a definitive verdict, and you can use them for bulk lists or the API.
- How does catch-all resolution work?
- Most validators return "unknown" on catch-all domains and leave you guessing. We go further with enhanced validation to resolve many of those addresses. It runs automatically only where standard validation returns "unknown", and costs 3 credits per resolved address — so you never pay extra on the easy ones. Every Unlimited plan includes a monthly allotment of enhanced resolutions.
- What does "unlimited" actually include?
- Unlimited means no volume cap and no per-email charges for standard validation. Plans are sold as 3, 6, or 12-month commitments billed upfront — the longer the commitment, the lower the monthly rate. Every Unlimited plan includes API access, integrations, unlimited team members, 10,000 enhanced catch-all resolutions per month, and deliverability monitoring (25 domains + 50 sending IPs).
- What's included in Enterprise?
- Enterprise starts at $2,000/mo and includes everything in Unlimited plus an SLA with uptime guarantee, a SOC 2 Type II report, SAML/SSO, dedicated support, white labeling, and custom throughput. Contact sales for a quote.
- Can I change my plan later?
- You can start with credits and upgrade to Unlimited at any time. Term changes take effect at renewal — if you need to change a commitment mid-term, contact us and we will sort it out.
