Term and price
Outbound is billed in 6-month terms, charged upfront when you buy a plan and again at every renewal.

Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically every 6 months. Renewal charges the full term upfront again — $894 for Foundation, $1,794 for Dedicated — the same as your first term. The Outbound overview page shows your renewal date next to your plan name, for example “Foundation · renews 4/15/2026”.
Email validation credits
Every Outbound plan includes 5,000 email validation credits a month, regardless of plan tier. Unused credits roll over rather than expiring at the end of the month.
Adding more domains
You can register additional domains against your existing plan at any time, up to your plan’s domain limit (3 for Foundation, 6 for Dedicated). Registering a domain this way doesn’t cost anything extra — it draws against the plan you already paid for, not a new charge. See Domains and mailboxes for how to register one.
Cancellation
Warning
To cancel, contact support. There’s no self-serve cancel button. Your plan runs to the end of the 6-month term you’ve already paid for, and sending stops when that term ends.
